Smallmouth with Michigan Out of Doors

Growing up as a child in rural Michigan we didn't have cable TV, and couldn't afford satellite until I was much older.  There wasn't a lot on TV in terms of outdoor shows, so when they were on, I made sure not to miss them.  Michigan Out of Doors is a show that I never missed as a kid.  They are a great supporter of the outdoors, conservation, and getting new people outdoors.  All things that I base my lifestyle around.  Their realistic and authentic segments were simply the norm when I was a kid.  Most shows you see today are doctored up, filmed over a long period of time, and have huge budgets.  MOD is amazing in the sense that they bring realistic outdoor adventures to the show every week.  It's refreshing to see they have not lost their authenticity over the years.  This week my cousin Dustin and I were featured in a smallmouth bass fishing segment.  One of our favorite pastimes!  It was very cool to contribute to a show that has brought me so much entertainment and education over the years!
